Our commitment to fair and transparent refunds for counselling service fees.

Refund Policy Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all counselling service fees paid to Lifesparx Consultech Private Limited (operating as EduCollege) through educollege.in. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Counselling Service Fees

EduCollege charges a nominal counselling service fee for personalised admission guidance, document verification, university shortlisting, and application support. This fee covers our service effort — not the university's admission or tuition fees.

What the fee covers: Personalised counselling sessions, eligibility assessment, university matching, application form assistance, document review, and post-admission follow-up.
What the fee does NOT cover: University tuition fees, examination fees, hostel charges, or any other fees charged directly by the university.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

Duplicate Payment: If the same counselling fee is charged more than once due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full within 7 business days.
Service Not Initiated: If you paid the counselling fee but our team did not initiate any counselling contact (call, WhatsApp, or email) within 5 business days of payment, you are eligible for a full refund.
University Rejection (No Alternatives): If you are rejected by the university you applied to, and our team is unable to offer any suitable alternative university matching your profile, you may request a refund. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

When Refunds Are Not Applicable

Counselling Service Already Provided: Once our counsellor has conducted at least one counselling session (call, WhatsApp discussion, or detailed email), the service is considered delivered and the fee is non-refundable.
Change of Mind: If you change your mind about pursuing a course after counselling has begun or after receiving university recommendations, the counselling fee is non-refundable.
Incomplete or Incorrect Information: If you provided inaccurate academic records, work experience details, or personal information that affected the counselling outcome, no refund will be processed.
University Tuition Fees: Any tuition fees, admission fees, or semester fees paid directly to the university are governed by the university's own refund policy — not by EduCollege.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow the steps below. We aim to process all valid refund requests within 7–10 business days.

Write to Us

Send an email to info@educollege.in with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name]". Include your payment receipt, registered phone number, and reason for the refund.

Acknowledgment

Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and may reach out for additional details or documentation if required.

Verification

We verify your payment, check the counselling history, and evaluate eligibility based on this policy.

Resolution

If approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
