How Pay After Placement Works
- Programs covered: MBA, BBA and BCA.
- Pay now: You pay the regular semester installments. The remaining portion of tuition is deferred.
- Pay later: The deferred fee becomes payable once you receive a valid job offer that meets the minimum salary, with the offer arriving within six months of your graduation date or earlier.
- Opt in or out: You can opt in or opt out before the end of the third semester. The university calculates the applicable fees, and its decision is final.

- Offers you can decline: You may decline up to two offers shortlisted by the Placement Cell. Declining three means you are treated as placed and the fee becomes payable.
- What counts as an offer: Your name appearing on the final selection list published by the Placement Cell or the recruiting employer. Once you have an offer, you can't join other placement processes, apart from one additional "Dream Job" process. The deferred fee stays payable after the first offer whatever the Dream Job outcome.
- Leaving the program: If you cancel your enrollment, the deferred fee for completed semesters is payable pro rata. If you move to another university, the deferred fee is void.
- Refunds: Fees are non-refundable once paid.
- No guarantee: The university does not guarantee placement, and it isn't liable for losses connected to employer actions or placement outcomes.
- Changes: The university can change the policy at any time without prior notice, and changes bind students from the date they appear on its website.
- Disputes: Governed by Himachal Pradesh law. Parties first try mediation or alternative dispute resolution, then the courts in the university's city.
